The British Leadership Council is founded upon a simple belief that Britain will be stronger, more competitive and more influential when its leaders are more connected, its achievements are more visible and its ambitions are shared more widely.

The British Leadership Council is founded on the belief that stronger connections create stronger outcomes. When entrepreneurs engage with policymakers, innovation accelerates. MISSION

The British Leadership Council exists to strengthen Britain’s leadership ecosystem by connecting the organisations, institutions and individuals shaping the nation’s future.

Its mission is to foster greater collaboration between leadership communities, strengthen national confidence, champion excellence, support future leaders, promote regional leadership and contribute to Britain’s long-term competitiveness and global influence.

By bringing together leaders from business, government, parliament, the House of Lords, academia, science, technology, entrepreneurship, finance and the public sector, the British Leadership Council seeks to create a platform through which ideas, relationships and opportunities can flourish.

Ultimately, the Council exists to help ensure that Britain remains a nation that leads through innovation, enterprise, education, research, investment and creativity.
